Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver to most addresses in Kota Kinabalu. For greater Kota Kinabalu, additional delivery fees applies. Please contact our helpdesk for the exact fees.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. We have 2 delivery time slots: 2-8pm and 6-10pm.

We do not delivery on Sunday & on Public Holidays.

There’s no minimum order amount required, however, there will be delivery charges for each item.

Our delivery team may make a second attempt on the same day to deliver your order. We will notify you beforehand to schedule a second attempt. However, we will not proceed if we do not hear from you. 

If both attempts are unsuccessful, your items will be brought back to our warehouse and will be available for pick-up for 24 hours from the time of delivery. 

You may schedule another delivery on the next day at a fee of RM5. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee the freshness of the items as most of our items are perishable goods.

If you do not pick up the items from us from our location nor schedule another delivery within 24 hours, your order will be deemed delivered and no refund will be issued. This is because perishable goods cannot be stored for a long time.

Sometimes, one or more of your items may not be available when we pick your order, because the item has gone out of stock, for example. In this case, we will refund you for the items that are not available.
