Curry Chicken Rice

Dive into an authentic Malaysian dish with this quick and easy curry chicken rice recipe at home! A must try at home!

Ingredients:
1Pc Chicken Leg
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon of Ginger Paste
1/2 Pc Minced Onion
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Minced Ginger
1 Pc Chopped Tomato
5grams of Curry Powder
Salt
Pepper
200ml of Water
15ml of Coconut Milk
Ajinomoto
Chopped Chillies
1/2 Pc Boiled Egg
Chopped Chili Padi
Coriander

Cooking Method:
Step 1:
Marinate the chicken leg with 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
for about 10minutes.

Step 2:
Pre-heat pan and start frying the marinated chicken leg with the chicken skin facing down and towards the pan.
Fry the chicken leg until medium cooked (70%) and cut them into pieces.

Step 3:
Pre-heat pan with oil. Add in minced onion, minced garlic, minced garlic and minced chopped tomato and fry.

Step 4:
Add 5g of curry powder and continue frying. Add salt and pepper to help lift and balance the flavor.

Step 5:
Add 200ml of drinking water. And add in a little bit of Ajinamoto.

Step 6:
Add in chicken pieces and continue frying.

Step 7:
Add in 15ml of Coconut milk and chili and continue frying for another 5-10mins

Step 8:
Ready to serve with aromatic white rice and half boiled egg.
